Roseann Latore Sicola

I am the proud mom of 5. I’ve been married for 17 years to my high school sweetheart. I am a singer and music class teacher, and once upon a time I was a lawyer. I love Broadway musicals, traveling to new places, books, and too much television. I recently relocated to North Carolina after living in New Jersey most of my life. I am addicted to Starbucks mochas, and I love taking photographs.

Photographs stop time and give the viewer insight into another time and place. I have been documenting my life through photographs since I was young, inspired by the faded photos of my mother as a child and fascinated by the stories they told. I received a disc camera for Christmas one year, and brought it to school almost every day in order to capture the highlights of eighth grade, wanting at that young age to preserve these memories of my childhood for my future children - the good, the bad, and the hopelessly awkward!  When I became a mom, my desire to remember the fleeting moments of my children’s lives led me to learn more about how to capture those memories through the lens in a way that reflected their spirit and light.  The birth of my fifth child and first girl inspired me to take my work to the next level, preserving precious moments for others as well.

Our families are all unique, imperfect, and full of love and joy, and I want to help you remember this time in your lives through images that are authentic, fun  and joyful.  Likewise, our children each have a special light inside them, and through my lifestyle photo sessions, we can catch their light together so you can have that moment in time for always.

This is my crazy family - I can’t wait to meet yours!
